4 Shot at Howe Community Park — Unauthorized Gathering Turns Violent
Saturday night, a large unauthorized party of an estimated several hundred individuals at the Howe Park area in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento erupted in gunfire when 20 to 25 rounds were fired as Sacramento County Sheriff's Office deputies were actively removing people from the park.
